Kundalini Yoga... with Brenda Florez
“Kundalini” Yoga is a 5000 year old system of yogic exercises and meditation designed to give you a “hand’s on” experience of your highest consciousness.
There are 3 basic components to Kundalini Yoga:
• Physical postures (kriyas) that strengthen the nervous system & balance the glandular system
• Breathing techniques (pranayama) help process emotions & feelings, reduce stress & develop concentration
• Mantra or sound ( Naad Yoga) & meditation work to direct & discipline the mind
