CLEAN BAYS



 



On Wednesday, October 2nd, the Sogkonate Garden
Club will sponsor a talk by Capt. Kent Dresser, executive director of Clean
Bays, a R.I. based non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that our
waterways and shorelines remain free of large abandoned debris.  Capt. Dresser will speak about the many
tons of debris that have already been removed and about the valuable work this
organization is doing.

The presentation will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Little
Compton Community Center.  The program
is free and open to the public. 
The Sogkonate Garden Club is a member of the R.I. Federation of Garden
Clubs, Inc.
