Rebecca is currently the Coordinator of both The Tiverton and The Little Compton Prevention Coalitions, two of the 36 municipal substance abuse prevention organizations in Rhode Island, which are funded by the Rhode Island Abuse Prevention Act (RISAPA).

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Counseling and Family Studies at the University of Rhode Island, and her Master of Arts in Agency Counseling and Educational Psychology at Rhode Island College. Rebecca is also Certified Prevention Specialist.

Rebecca lives in Little Compton, RI, with her husband, Bruce, and their two children.
