Tiverton Christmas Tree Pickup Schedule
PAYT customers can leave Christmas trees out for disposal next week and later in January.
The Tiverton Public Works Department will collect Christmas trees curbside during the weeks of Jan. 7 - 11 and Jan. 14 - 19. Tiverton residents are asked to place their discarded Christmas trees curbside, adjacent to their trash, on the same day as the normal trash collection. The trees must not be in any form of plastic bag, and should be reasonably free of tinsel and decorations. The Christmas trees will be mulched by a chipper as collected. The resultant mulch will be made available free to Tiverton residents at the entrance to the landfill, during normal operating hours.
