Don't Talk To Strangers...Or Should You?

This is an article about talking to your children about "stranger danger" with an additional question at the end.

Lately there have been some reports of sex offenders being arrested in the area so I am thinking it is time to have a little talk about “stranger danger." It's a phrase many parents use when we want to teach our children about strangers and the danger that can possibly be involved with conversing with people they do not know. I say the word “possibly” because I want parents to remember that talking to strangers is not really dangerous in itself. It is the answering of too many personal questions or the lightning-fast relationship that a stranger can develop for some not-so-kosher reasons that is dangerous.
