A Look At Tonight's Tiverton Planning Board Agenda
A status update regarding noise and setbacks on the proposed wind energy facility is on the agenda.
Tonight's Tiverton Planning Board meeting has four agenda items, including a status update for Town Council public hearings on zoning amendments on noise and setbacks for the proposed wind farm. Also, there is a recommendation and advisory opinion sought by the Town Council regarding a zoning ordinance amendment proposed by James Pelletier c/o Eric S. Brainsky, Esq. (continued from Nov. 9) and a the quarry license application from Ray-Lou Realty, LLC, which is in receivership, respectively. The meeting begins tonight at Town Hall at 7 p.m. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order as needed. Petitions may not be reviewed beyond 9:30 p.m. in order to address specific agenda items.
