Months-Long investigation leads to cyberstalking charges Phillip Keefe, 36, of Little Compton, was arrested on May 17 at 7:30 p.m. after he turned himself in at police headquarters. Keefe was wanted by Little Compton police on an outstanding warrant. Following several months of investigation, police charged Keefe with three counts of cyberstalking. Fall River Woman arrested on warrant Natasha Paradise, 32, of Fall River, was arrested on May 15 at 12:20 p.m. on a Second Division District Court warrant for failure to appear for a restitution review. Little Compton police identified Paradise as a wanted person while assisting on a Little Compton Fire Department rescue call.

Erratic Driving Leads To Two Arrests in Little Compton A good Samaritan report to the Little Compton Police about an erratic driver all over the road lead to two arrests on Tuesday, April 16. Just after 7:30 p.m. police stopped a car driven by Leslie Almeida , 51, of 58 Fourth Street, Fall River, MA. Police arrested Almeida at 7:40 p.m. and charged her with driving after suspension of her license after a computer check showed her license had been revoked. Kyle Walker, 19, of 18 Lewis Place, Lynn, MA was arrested on Tuesday, April 16 at 7:40 p.m. and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon other than firearms. Fall River Man Arrested on Warrant Jason Almeida, 30, of 261 Buffington St. Apt 2, Fall River, MA, was arrested on April 8 at 3:08 p.m. on an active bench warrant from Second Division District Court for failure to appear. Police pulled Almeida over on West Main Road after an officer recognized him. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license. Mailbox Vandal Strikes on Long Highway A Little Compton resident reported on Friday, April 12 at 10:38 p.m. that their mailbox was vandalized in front of 216 Long Highway.

Kameron Britto, 21, of 8 Pond Drive, Westport, MA, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 1 at 10:47 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, first offense. Police stopped Britto for a motor vehicle violation and discoverd the drugs in a subsequent search. Little Compton Police also reported one accident due to snow on Sunday, Feb. 3.

Fall River Man Charged With Driving Three Times The Legal Limit After Nearly Driving Police Car Off The Road Timothy Silva, 38, of Fall River, MA, was arrested on Jan. 19 at 2:13 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence. According to reports, Little Compton Police stopped Silva on West Main Road after he allegedly nearly ran a marked cruiser off of the road. When officers made contact with Silva, they detected the smell of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. When asked, Silva took and failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested and charged. In the spirit of a true Christmas miracle, a local man returned gifts he found found laying in the street.
Lost Christmas Presents Returned On Friday, Dec. 21 at 8:04 a.m., a Long Highway resident returned two bags of Christmas presents into Little Compton Police headquarters after he found them laying in the road. Police were able to locate the owner and returned them to her. Ipod Returned A West Main Road resident turned an Ipod into police headquarters on Friday, Dec. 21 at 8:38 a.m. after he reportedly found it laying in his front yard. It was secured in the office lost and found.

Providence Man Charged With Driving Without A License Juan Ramos-Ralios, 28, of Providence, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Police stopped Ramos-Ralios for a motor vehicle infraction on Taylor's Lane when officers learned he didn’t have a license to drive.
