Little Compton Police Arrest Two Driver's Without Proper Licenses Little Compton Man Arrested on Bench Warrant Kyle N. Novo, 19, of 200 Long Highway, Little Compton, was arrested on Sunday, March 21 at 9:06 p.m. on a bench warrant issued by Second Division District Court for failure to appear for an ability to pay hearing.

Fall River Man Caught Driving Without A License Little Compton Police arrested Jason Almeida, 30, of Fall River, MA, on Monday, March 18 and charged him with driving with a revoked license after he was stopped for driving with an obstructed windshield on Meetinghouse Lane. Westport Man Driving With Expired License Brett Schneider, 26, of Westport, MA, was arrested on Wednesday, March 20 at 7 p.m. and charged with driving with an expired license after his car was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He was summoned to appear at District Court.

Fall River Man Charged With Pot Possession, Obstructing an Officer Tedeau Semedo, 20, of Fall River, was arrested on Saturday, March 16 at 10:28 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, first offense, and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. According to reports, police were called to a Long Highway home for a report of an unwanted man at the home. during the investigation, police found Semedo, searched his person and found the marijuana, and charged him with obstruction after he allegedly supplied police with a false date of birth. Narragansett Woman Arrested on Warrant Chelsea Bishop, 28, of Narragansett, was arrested on Tuesday, March 5 at 1:58 a.m. on a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was arrested after Little Compton Police responded to Sakonnet Point for a report of a disabled vehicle. Fall River Man Charged With Driving Three Times The Legal Limit After Nearly Driving Police Car Off The Road Timothy Silva, 38, of Fall River, MA, was arrested on Jan. 19 at 2:13 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence. According to reports, Little Compton Police stopped Silva on West Main Road after he allegedly nearly ran a marked cruiser off of the road. When officers made contact with Silva, they detected the smell of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. When asked, Silva took and failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested and charged. Little Compton Police arrested Maya Burton, 31, of West Main Rd, Little Compton on Friday, Jan. 5 at 6:06 p.m. and charged her with domestic breaking and entering. She was also taken into custody on a district court warrant. According to reports, police responded to 8 Meeting House Lane for a report of a female attempting to break into the residence. Police allegedly found Burton smashing at the entrance door. During the investigation officers discovered an active warrant for failure to appear in district court.

West Main Road Woman Drives Almost Double The Speed Limit, Charged With DUI Hillary A Joyce, 46, of 603 West Main Road, Little Compton, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 16 at 12:23 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and driving with an expired license. Police stopped Joyce for speeding on West Main Road. She was allegedly driving at 70 mph in a 40 mph zone. After initiating the traffic stop, police detected alcohol coming from inside of the vehicle and noted that Joyce appeared to be intoxicated. After failing field sobriety tests, she was arrested and charged. Providence Man Charged With Driving Without A License Juan Ramos-Ralios, 28, of Providence, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Police stopped Ramos-Ralios for a motor vehicle infraction on Taylor's Lane when officers learned he didn’t have a license to drive. New Bedford Man Charged With Drug Possession Brendan Mulroy, 26, of 400 Court St., New Bedford, MA, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 1:55 p.m. and charged him with possession of marijuana, first offense. Little Compton Police stopped for a moving violation on Colebrook Road. When theofficer approached the vehicles driver he could smell the odor of burnt marijuana comingfrom inside the vehicle, which then lead to Mulroy’s arrest. Little Compton Teenager Charged with Marijuana Possession Riley Kinnane, 19, of 19 Bernard Lane, Little Compton, was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 24 at 3 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, first offense. Police allegedly found marijuana on Kinnane after checking on a suspicious vehicle parked on Town Way. Suspected Theft On West Main Road A West Main Road resident reported on Nov. 20 at 1:39 p.m. that an heirloom necklace was taken from the residence. The necklace was last seen in June.
