A New England Patriots frenzy hit Tiverton Middle School on Tuesday as two cheerleaders from the NFL team visited to talk to students about maintaining healthy eating habits and staying physically fit. Tiverton reached first place for the region last month for producing a one minute video for Milk Mustache Day, centered around being active and eating healthy, in collaboration with the New England Dairy and Food Council and the NFL Fuel Up to Play 60 program. Coming off last year's wellness grant from the New England Dairy Council to build a fitness center, Tiverton Middle School students took home first place for the region last month for producing a one minute video for Milk Mustache Day, centered around being active and eating healthy. Students produced the video and posted it to Schooltube.com in October. To kick off their "Fuel Up to Play 60" campaign, students set up milk mustache stations in the cafeteria, including a station serving free milkshakes and a "Paint a Mustache" station.
