yes the price for this house is currently correct. regarding whether this is a "tear down" that is a matter of opinion from those who view it without being with some one that knows what they are looking at i.e. a professional builder/remodeler. it may be a tear down for some but not for all. it has multiple issues but to dismiss it out of hand on a forum such as this based on a personal opinion … more ›
