The Planning Department in Tiverton recently relocated their offices to the community center on Judson Street in North Tiverton.

Town Planner Christopher Spencer works directly with the Planning Board, Zoning Board, Economic Development Committee and other boards and commissions regarding land use and development in Tiverton. He assists in the design and review of potential businesses, as well as proposed subdivisions.

His office also administers zone changes and provides Geographic Information Systems of Tiverton properties and parcels.
