Not so much as a review but an experience. We moved to Tiverton in 2004, and The Spring Primavera restaurant is near us. Now, in 2004 it was before the RI non-smoking laws were in effect (we are non-smokers). We walked into the restaurant and subsequently into a wall of cigarette smoke. The hostess, taking a drag on her cigarette before walking us to the dining section, sat us smack in the center of a tables filled with two-fisted smokers going at full steam. I asked, "Can we be seated in the non-smoking section?". She reached down and removed the ashtray from the table. We have not had any sense of urgency to return ever since.
