Two words: Seafood Extravaganza. What a PHENOMENAL dish! Combine that with a bottle of Casal Garcia Vino Verde, some great Portuguese bread and you have the makings of an incredible and affordable dinner.
The only down side is that, for as long as Barcello's has been around, they just can't handle being slammed with a packed dining room. The service tends to break down quickly when the tables fill. We've dined there several times during the dinner hour and the wait was borderline aggravating for the basics (like water or just staff attention). They seem to like to keep the place woefully understaffed. If you can deal with that, you'll be in for a real treat meal wise. The food is just stellar.
