Little Compton Police: Tiverton Woman Allegedly Steals Money From Roadside Stand

Providence Man Charged With Driving Without A License

Juan Ramos-Ralios, 28, of Providence, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Police stopped Ramos-Ralios for a motor vehicle infraction on Taylor's Lane when officers learned he didn’t have a license to drive. He was arrested, processed and later arraigned at the Second Division District Court.

Tiverton Woman Charged With Stealing Money From Roadside Stand

Kerri L. Lesneski, 32, of 42 Heritage Park, Tiverton, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 7 at 4:35 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor larceny of less than $1,500. Police received a report of a woman stealing money from a roadside stand. When police arrived, the suspect had already fled the area. The victim gave a description of the woman who allegedly stole the money and the vehicle she left in. Lesneski was later located and admitted to stealing the money. She was charged.

Driving With An Expired License

Martha M. Moffitt, 54, of Westport, MA, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 9 at 9:28 p.m. and charged with driving with an expired license. Moffitt was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction on Colebrook Road when a police learned that her license was expired in a subsequent computer check. She was charged.

Break-In on Pottersville Road

A Pottersville Road resident reported on Tuesday, Dec. 4 that someone broke into a home on that road. According to reports nothing was taken from the home, which is for sale and no one was home at the time of the break-in.

Items Stolen From Unlocked Car in Commons

A resident reported on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 5:42 p.m. that items were stolen from her car while it was parked at the Commons. The victim reported she was in town on the above date when someone entered her unlocked vehicle. She reported several items missing from inside, but no dollar value was provided.
