Little Compton Man Arrested After BOLO
The following are excerpts from the Little Compton police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.
Little Compton police reported making the following arrests:
April 1, 8:24 p.m.
Jose Cruz, 51, of 76 Rodney French Blvd. New Bedford, was charged with operating a vehicle after revocation/suspension. Ana Cruz, 43, of 19 Ashley St., New Bedford, was arrested on a warrant. Police pulled over Jose Cruz's vehicle after they said his front headlight was out. A check of their names revealed Jose Cruz's license was under suspension/revocation and Ana Cruz had a bench warrant.
April 1, 9:35 p.m.
Philemon Marvell, 69, of 552 West Main Rd., Little Compton was arrested on a warrant. Tiverton police issued a BOLO (be-on-the-lookout alert) for Marvell, and Little Compton police arrested him after converging on his residence.
