So the O'Dell's claim they wish to sue:

Let's examine what this means:

1. Their original comments to the news paper and here on Patch are bad for business.

2. Because I repeated them, there is a great chance that many folks have read them.

3. As the PBA found out, when I post something, a great number of people tends to believe it.  Otherwise, why threaten to sue?

4. Some damage must have already been caused.  Every libel lawyer in the world will explain to you that unless you can demonstrate damages, suing is pointless.  In fact, it only lets more people know about the story.

5. We must ask a question: looking at the entirety of the failed anti-toll movement (The Tea Party, the PBA, STOP, the signature gatherers , et cetera) have you ever seen a more frazzled group?

Write a letter or tweet and they go running for a lawyer.  I have never seen anything like it before.

Thankfully, due to a number of missteps and demonstrated lies, the anti-toll movement has no credibility so feel free to say anything about me you like.

Combine that with page views being off - that started when a certain Tea Party type began spreading foolishness - and I don't see anything here worth suing over.

Shout out to A.Friend for driving my Klout scores and making me more money.  Please continue.
