Community Corner

Obama won.

Last years national election was a bell weather for the ACA.  On one side, the incumbent President, who made it very clear that if re-elected, he would continue on the path for ACA implementation.

On the other, Mitt Romney.  Who at every opportunity, stated he would repeal the ACA on his "First day in office" just as soon as he was sworn in.

So we had two choices, Obama and the ACA, or Romney and no ACA.

The people spoke.  51.1% of the country (popular vote which is actually useless) voted for Obama.  A clear majority. (Romney got 47.2%)

And in the electoral college: Obama 332, Romney 206.

There it is.  The people chose to implement the ACA, hands down.  The choice was made. The will of the people by a majority was for the ACA.

That's it. It's over.  The Tea Parties worst fear has been realized.  The American people chose Obama over them.  Get used to it Tea Partiers, we will never be fooled by the likes of you again.  Take your hollow moral outrage and just go away.  WE, The People, have spoken.
