New bridge already in trouble

Was told by an anonymous source at RIDOT today that he is afraid to cross the new Sakonnet River bridge. The contractor used sub standard concrete but Dot signed off anyway and the support pillars are already cracking. Says we will be lucky if bridge lasts 5 years
