Little Joey Gets Creative

Little Joey Branches Out

Well, it seems our little Joey is actually getting creative.

First, he logs on anonymously as "Mark" and spews forth a pants-load of unsubstantiated, unsourced nonsense about the "hire ups in the Tiv. Fire Dept ... giving new recruits a very hard time ."

[Quick digression: What exactly is a "very" hard time, Joey?  Is a "very hard time" much worse than a "regular hard time"?  And how sure are you that these "hire ups" aren't giving the poor, downtrodden "new recruits" a "so-so hard time"?]

But let's get back to little Joey being creative.  Here are the steps little Joey has taken this week in writing about those bad, bad "hire ups" in the Tiverton Fire Dept.:

  1. Little Joey disgorges some drivel about the Fire Dept. on the Patch,

  2. Little Joey spends a few days deleting the posts of anyone who challenges him and/or asks for a reference and, then, a few days later,

  3. Little Joey creates a new Patch account with his own name and some whoop-dee-do important-sounding title, and, finally,

  4. Little Joey creates a fresh batch of spewage in which he solemnly references his own dopey rumor as though it was somehow a fact, i.e., "With recent allegation leveled against our Fire Dept....".
< sigh >

Joey, Joey, Joey.  Do you really think the Patch's readers are that dumb?  Do you really think that, because you've somehow learned to think half a chess move ahead, no one sees through your nonsense?

We see, Joey.  We see.

I suggest you put your gloves back on and go take a few fistfuls of that bat guano you wrote about the other day and put a big steaming pile of it in a cardboard box next to your computer.  You should stare at it for a while and inhale the fumes.  Maybe this will inspire you to write your next rant.  The result would undoubtedly be more sensible than what you're written the past few iterations.

Oh, and the great thing, Joey, is that you can't put your big fat sausage-like finger on the delete key to delete this post.

I'm gonna go cook me some oatmeal!
