It's really very simple. I try to be respectful to others. I try to listen to the opinions of others while keeping an open mind. I also take responsibility for my own words and actions. I try not to let the actions of others effect what I do and say. Although it is human nature to react, sometimes we need to step back and own what we do and say without pointing fingers at others.
