Each situation is reviewed by Patch staff, in regard to the Patch Terms of Service, within 24 hours, based on Eastern time.
Readers are encouraged to bring these matters to our attention and to use the "Flag As Inappropriate" option to remove comments from the site, without editor approval, ONLY if the comments violate the Patch Terms of Service.
User warnings and suspensions will be filed based on complaints received.
