A Lawsuit, but why??

Ocean Cliff makes fun of the O'Dell's by accident.

1.) The O'Dell's said I couldn't be served.  Ocean Cliff pulled it off.

2.) The O'Dell's said I had no assets.  Ocean Cliff disagrees - in fact I own some Ocean Cliff assets.

3.) The O'Dell's say I'm on SSI.  Ocean Cliff says I'm a racketeer.  Somebody please pick one.

In short, the O'Dell's think the way to get through life is to threaten and harass.  So, in response, audio is being created to be used in ads during next budget season.

One ad will talk about Madelaine O'Dell being unfit for any Office never mind the Budget Committee.  By the end of budget time, most folks outside of Tiverton might think that the Town is loaded with birthers and loonies.

In the other ad, friends of Lexi S. will express who outraged they are by some of Jim O'Dell's comments.  Anyone taking the side of the O'Dell's or ordering work from the O'Dell's are in for the same.

Let's not forget that Mr. O'Dell has to obtain permits for what he does.  This creates a permanent record.  Tiverton's local Tea Party hero's exchanges on the internet are also part of a permanent record.

You have a choice - order work from someone who bullies little girls in crisis or don't order work from such a person.  Defend someone who tries to beat up people when they're down or avoid such a person.

(The lawsuit itself is kind of a joke.  Just like Tim Roach did at the BayClub, the Ocean Cliff Manager brought in Inn Seasons.  Just like for Tim Roach, they failed.  Tim Roach got fired.  The Ocean Cliff guy is getting heat.  Therefore, the Ocean Cliff guy has conned the condo association into suing needlessly.  Nothing like wasting money.  Maybe Tim Roach will do the same thing.

Even so, Ocean Cliff is a great resort and I won't let this silliness change my opinion of them.
