Kathryn Kulpa is a fiction writer and editor. She received the Mid-List Press First Series Award for her short story collection Pleasant Drugs (Mid-List Press) and has published short fiction in Bellevue Literary Review, Cleaver, decomP, Florida Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Metazen, Monkeybicycle, Northville Review, and Superstition Review. She is the editor of Newport Review, an online literary magazine, and formerly served as a fiction editor at Pif and Merlyn’s Pen, a journal of writing by teens. She comes very close to living in Rhode Island.
