Picnic Concert with 6-Digg-It presented by the Four Corners Arts Center

The
Four Corners Arts Center is pleased to present their final picnic concert of
the 2014 season with the local favorites 6-DIGG-IT
- on the lawn of the Meeting House on Sunday, September 8th.  Doors open at 4:00 concert at 5:00.  Tickets are $12 in advance online and at the
door.

6-DIGG-IT’s set list is powerful and
unpredictable. From Beatles to Dave Matthews, Doobie Brothers to Maroon
5, Neil Young to Bob Marley, this group will delight you with their infectious
rhythms, seamless harmonies, and passionate delivery.

Vocalists Tim Smith and Dana Ramey have been singing together since high
school, and it shows. They complement each other perfectly, vocally and as best
friends. Tim’s past groups have included Second Wind, Middle Earth, and the
SporADix. Dana performed for many years with the Taz RF Band, the Rockadiles,
No Secrets and the SporADix. Portsmouth resident Steven Mortrude adds a
fantastic voice; a voice that makes JT himself green with envy! Steven is
responsible for strong rhythm acoustic guitar and keyboards to the mix. Young
lead guitarist, Dave DeLeone brings his own sensibilities to the fun. Dana
shares the bass playing honors with newcomer, Chris Knott, the upstart youngblood
in the band, and who also plays lead guitar, keyboards, and whose talent seems
limitless. Westport native and show-stopping drummer Ben Pereira must be seen,
heard, and felt to be believed.

This bunch is an unpretentious lot! They are on an equal footing with the
audience, and the symbiosis is clear. Don’t miss them - you are guaranteed an
entertaining, heartwarming, and hilarious time!
