A weekly one-hour class to nurture
and deepen your own journey with meditation... as a beginner or an experienced
practitioner Karen, Angela & Brenda will alternate weeks of teaching and
practicing the skills of mindfulness & meditation. Instruction and practice
each week, with an opportunity for questions and feedback about your practice

Karen Moore Holliday, MA is a local holistic practitioner, workshop leader and teacher.
For over twenty years Karen has supported others in their journey of life
through the practices of Meditation, Yoga, Spiritual Companionship,
DreamWeaving and more in connecting with that which has heart and meaning for
them.
Angela Denham is a
holistic practitioner with an extensive education as a licensed massage
therapist, Reiki Master, Cranial Sacral Therapist, and Yin Yoga instructor.
Meditation comes naturally, and being a seasoned meditator for an hour per day
she's learned to relax the body causing a restoring of mind, body and spirit
interaction.
Brenda Florez is a
certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and practitioner and has been
practicing various forms of meditation for more than six years. She has
found the experience of this practice to be life changing. Brenda looks forward
to sharing her passion for this practice, and to providing an open and safe
space to allow others to have their own experience with this wonderful
technology.
