Saturday, November 16: Learn the 4 cornerstones to healthy and energetic aging! Learn what happens to the body beginning at the age of 25! How you can control most aging issues and, most importantly, how to make your health your priority in life.

Saturday, December 14: Sleep and its benefits. Also, sleep issues including lack of, napping and insomniac episodes. And, hydration - it goes way beyond, “I should drink more water.” Coffee, tea, soda, juice, alcohol and their hidden truths.

Saturday, January 11: Learn the best answers to “What’s for dinner?” when it comes to aging. The impact of food on aging and what foods do what? What is GMO/GE food and why you should know? Sugar is in EVERYTHING and that’s not a good thing! Organic vs. conventional produce and why becoming a locavore is a wise choice.

Saturday, February 8: Learn the differences amongst exercise regimens available and discover the best one for you. Learn that flexibility is as, if not more, important than strength once you are in your 70’s! Exercise vs. activity and why they are not the same.

Saturday, March 8: Learn how aging affects the brain and what you can do to change it! Diet and exercise and the brain. Other aging issues: driving, posture, gait, stairs, standing, stress, walking and many more!
