Please bring your insurance card. Flu vaccination is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurances or private pay. For more information please call 682-2100. If you are allergic to eggs or egg products you cannot have a flu shot. Please wear sleeveless or loose tops. Open to anyone over 18 years of age.Pneumonia shots and TDAP vaccinations are also available. Vaccinations are free to those who are uninsured.
