Amicable Church's "Build a Backpack" Project

Amicable Congregational Church, 3736 Main Road in Tiverton, is putting together backpacks filled with school supplies to help children in Tiverton Elementary and Middle Schools get a great start to the school year. We are looking for donations of new backpacks, 1 inch 3-ring binders, dividers, wide ruled paper, pocket folders, 3 subject notebooks, composition notebooks, pencils, colored pencils, pencil boxes, 3" X 3" Post-It Notes, hand held pencil sharpeners, red pens for revising, glue sticks, highlighters, homework folders, washable markers, 24 count boxes of crayons, rulers, and erasers (standard and pencil top style). Any donations may be placed in the designated box in Amicable's Upper Hall from now through August 18.
