Tiverton Voting on Budget Plan

The ballot will ask voters to choose one of two budget plans.

Tiverton voters on Tuesday headed to the polls to choose a municipal budget plan.

The ballot asks voters to choose one of two budget plans:

  • One that would levy a property tax not to exceed $38,125,600, an increase of 1.6 percent from last year
  • One that would levy a property tax not to exceed $37,527,200, which is the same as last year's
Voting will be held at the following locations:
  • VFW, 134 Shove St. (Precincts 3301, 3302, 3304)
  • Countryview Estates, 325 Hurst Ln. (Precincts 3303, 3305)
  • Amicable Congregational Church, 3726 Main Rd. (Precincts 3306, 3307)
The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
