Portsmouth Business To Offer Free Wings on Wednesdays

A Portsmouth business, co-owned by Tiverton resident George Doumaney, will begin offering free wings on Wednesday with drink purchase.

Forget 25-cent wing night! One Portsmouth business is taking wing options to a new level with its new offer on Wednesday nights.

Portsmouth Publick House, formerly known as Custom House Coffee, will offer free chicken wings with every drink purchase (including non-alcoholic) starting this Wednesday at 4 p.m. Customers will receive three chicken wings per order until supplies last.

The offer is the latest to draw customers to the former coffee shop, which
recently completed renovations to become a full-serve restaurant and bar.

The restaurant also offers free oysters on Fridays, starting at 4 p.m., with purchase of alcoholic drink. The oysters are limited to two per order, but customers may get back into line for more.

The restaurant is co-owned by George Doumaney, a Tiverton resident and regular guest on WPRI's The Rhode Show, and Mark Libby. Portsmouth Publick House is located at 600 Clock Tower Square, the corner of West Main Road and King Charles Drive in Portsmouth.
