Warning issued from the Tiverton Police Department:
WANTED (USE CAUTION)
The Tiverton Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Brent Poitras, age 28. Poitras is describe as being a white male, 6'0" tall, approximately 175 lbs, with brown hair. He is known to frequent areas of South Tiverton and Little Compton. In the past several weeks, several incidents have been reported to both the Tiverton and Little Compton Police Departments. Our agency feels that Poitras poses an immediate threat to public safety. If you see this individual please do not approach. Contact Police headquarters immediately. We appreciate your attention to this matter and please share this information with the rest of our community.

Tiverton Police Department The current charge is for indecent exposure, however, previous incidents include "peeping tom," disorderly conduct, and other offenses that were sexual in nature.
