I've been and outdoors sportsman for 55 years now and where ever I go be it roaming the hills or dales or fishing all the waterways here I always have a couple garbage bags just for the purpose of picking up the garbage left by Rhode Island scumbag litterers . I've seen this all my life so it's nothing new and I very well know it's not coming from me nor the very nice commenters here . One litterers @ our many beaches and parks . Nothing like the uneducated non English speaking illegal aliens dumping anything they want anywhere they can even soiled diapers .

Well Renee if you've been to the beaches lately you can thank the Democrats for allowing the illegal aliens to stay here and drop their kids soiled diapers on the beach sand .
