The Wizard of Oz opened last Thursday night to a packed auditorium. Director Gloria Crist put together a wonderful cast and crew consisting of students, teachers, and parents from within our Tiverton Community. The show closed Sunday afternoon to an equally packed night as the first. "I get to see students and community members come together and share the process of self awareness, compassion, pride, honor, and true joy," sad Gloria Crist. That my friends, is what theater is all about. I hope you all got a chance to go and share the magic this past weekend, and I can't wait to see what Gloria has planned for us next year!
