The missing persons report was filed with Providence police, however Tiverton police are taking information as well, as was posted on the Tiverton PD Facebook page. I got the dates wrong - my daughter spoke with Heather's sister, and as Hope states above, the last confirmed sighting was on the 10th of December. Sorry for the confusion, we just wanted to get the word out as quickly as possible and help bring this wonderful girl home.
