Clinical Services for Youth, a program of East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP), has moved to EBCAP’s Jean E. Hicks Center at 19 Broadway in Newport. Located near Newport City Hall and Thompson Middle School, the building is within walking distance for many local residents, and it is accessible by public transportation.
Clinical Services for Youth provides short-term counseling, free of charge, to children and adolescents ages 9-17 in the Newport County area. The services offered remain the same, and the masters-level therapists continue to provide counseling to clients and their families in both community (home and school in all towns in Newport County) and office settings in Newport and Tiverton. Health insurance is not required to receive services.
