Here's 5 things you need to know for Friday. 

  1. It's going to be a bit warmer today, but still beautiful! Expect sunny skies with a high near 77. 
  2. It's nearly back to school time! School starts in Tiverton on Aug. 29 and in Little Compton on Sept. 3. 
  3. Mark your calendars for this weekend. A protest is planned on the Sakonnet River Bridge. If you oppose the toll, you'll want to be there.
