Zumba is a form of Latin dance fitness which uses easy to follow dance steps and upbeat international music to provide a great cardio workout. This class is great for beginner and intermediate students. No experience necessary. You'll have so much fun, you'll forget you're exercising! Ditch the workout, and join the party!
Please note: Class will be held at Sandywoods Farms in the yellow building on May 14 and May 21 at 6:30 pm.
