DESCRIPTION:NRCS offers the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) which is an op
 portunity for landowners to voluntarily protect\, restore\, and enhance 
 wetlands on their property.&nbsp\;The USDA/NRCS provides technical and f
 inancial support to help landowners with their restoration efforts.&nbsp
 \;WRP offers three options to landowners to protect\, restore\, and enha
 nce wetlands and associated uplands: permanent easements\, 30-year easem
 ents or 10-year restoration cost share agreements.&nbsp\; The program wi
 ll pay all legal costs to establish an easement\, up to 100 percent of t
 he cost of the restoration\, and the landowner will receive a payment fo
 r the easement based on the appraised agricultural value of the land.&nb
