Homebuyer education begins in Tiverton, at Sandywoods Farm, February 7.

Classes are ideal for all who are considering buying a house and want to better understand the process.

You will learn about:

• repairing/maintaining good credit,
• finding the right home, and,
• obtaining a mortgage while avoiding lending pitfalls.

You will also learn about affordable homeownership options in Newport County, including new homes in Tiverton.

8 classes meet every other week, 7 - 9 pm.               

A one-time class fee of $50 per household, plus a credit report fee of $9.50 per person covers: course materials, individualized credit counseling and the development of
your own realistic budget.
