Jen Meyer, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor provides an individualized adaptive exercise program to get you moving again. The program focuses on gentle strength training, balance & flexibility. Each individual will work within their comfort level, as this program is adapted your your own individual needs.
