TGIF. Today is a perfect day to head to the beach to unwind after a week of work. Skies will be mostly sunny, with high temperatures reaching for 90 degrees. Overnight isolated showers and thunderstorms will roll in, according to the National Weather Service.
Ginger was last seen wandering near Pottersville and Mullin Hill roads in Little Compton, but could be much farther by now, her owners warned. Ginger is wearing a bright red collar with no identification tags and she has a bent tail.

2. Tiverton Library Services presents John Tierney and Burt the Raccoon puppet show today at 10:30 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 28 Fish Road, Tiverton.
This fun, free, 45-minute show is part of the children’s summer reading program “Dream Big-READ!”
3. The Rhode Island Shakespeare Company will perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream" on the grounds of Sandywoods Farm in Tiverton. The outdoor show starts at 7 p.m. In case of rain, the show will be moved inside to the Sandywoods Center for the Arts at 43 Muse Way, Tiverton
Friday is "pay what you can" night, with a suggested donation of $10.
