This game mirrors a contest between URI and Fairfield a few years ago, in which about 500 hardy fans made it into the Ryan Center to watch the game, thanks to 20 inches of snow outside.

While plows have been out most of the day in Rhode Island, the roads are still a mess, and almost all of Washington County and Aquidneck Island are still without power. Both factors will surely depress attendance.
