Tiverton Administrative Assistants Dine on Students' Worldly Menu

They were honored Wednesday on Administrative Assistants Day.

's Culinary I & II classes hosted the 4th Annual on Wednesday. Students prepped for three days, including the day of the luncheon.

Teacher Cathy Marshall said the students planned the menu, which consisted of 'Around The World Flavors' that included Mexican taco cups, French crepes with ham, cheese and mushrooms, Italian chicken sandwiches, German red potato salad, American molten chocolate cake with caramel filling and non-alcoholic Spanish sangria.

Seven administrative assistants dined in the Culinary Arts room while six lunches were delivered to the remaining assistants, Marshall said.
