Tiverton Girl Scout Brownie Troop 188 is doing their part to support our troops overseas. With the help of cookie coordinator, Jackie Costa, and troop leaders Sara
Gerlach and Jenn Mello, the girls of Troop 188 are donating all their “cookie shares” to the 2-215 Brigade Advisor Team, 2nd Marine Division, stationed in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Over 35 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies
will be delivered to local Marine, Ryan Behan, of Middletown, nephew of Mrs.Costa and cousin of one of the Brownies in Troop 188, to share with his fellow
servicemen and servicewomen. Along with those boxes the troop made cards for the troops thanking them for their service. Like to help? Stop by Moose Café (Stafford Road, Tiverton) on Saturday, March 16, 9:00am – 2:00pm, and purchase your own cookie share to add to the boxes headed over to Afghanistan."
