Snow Forecasted For Saturday; Parking Ban in Effect
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the area on Saturday, Feb. 11. It's in effect from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday. Between three to five inches are predicted. There is a probability for more snow in the Fall River area to the Cape.
The heaviest snow will fall between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday.
Tiverton Police Lt. Patrick Jones said a parking ban will go into effect at midnight tonight.
