Sakonnet Vineyards in Little Compton sold at noon on December 27,, announces Lila Delman Real Estate. The Vineyard, listed at $8,950,000 is the highest sale price achieved in Little Compton in the last two years, according to RI’s statewide MLS service, Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman, Susan Gustavson and Robin Nicholson, Broker Associates with the company, represented the seller.
